An abandond factory site located to the north of Lille, LeBlan possesses a wealth of opportunity. Surrounded by housing and lightly used industrial space, the future of this site can help to establish the future of it's home town, Lomme, and to a large extent help to shape Lille.

This role in the life of Lille and sustainability are two key factors asked to consider when planning a future for this now historic building. While sustainability and re-use is a growing concern all over the globe, LeBlan's location, history and surroundings make this a truly unique occassion.
